Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery, account management, client relationships, and drive account growth.
  • Leverage advanced data science and data engineering solutions to address complex business challenges for CPG and Retail clients.
  • Partner with business and data stakeholders to understand key priorities, define problem statements, and develop strategic analytics roadmaps, including identification and prioritization of high-impact use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to define requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Drive measurable business impact by delivering solutions aligned to strategic, operational, and tactical objectives, and present outcomes to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the field of delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients and experience in designing/implementing large data analytics or data engineering programs.
  • Experience managing large accounts and being actively involved in account growth would be an added advantage. P&L ownership in the past would also be an added advantage.
  • Ability to engage with VP / Director-level stakeholders from the client's team, including data leads, and with internal remote teams to define business problems and collaborate on solution approaches.
  • Knowledge of domains like Retail & CPG will be highly preferred.
  • Experience as a hands-on contributor or in leading a team on price & promotion optimisation programs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams, communicating client business problem context to the remote teams and leveraging them effectively in execution, while owning client presentation, project management and expectation setting.
  • Working from client offices in Chicago, IL 3 days a week. Open to travel for onboarding to India.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes.
  • Experience with analytic tools such as R, Python, AWS, Databricks, and exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems is an advantage.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
