This role is tailored for a sharp analytical mind who is energized by complex rules, enjoys digging into data pipelines, and brings an uncompromising level of rigor to their work methodology. Unlike single-project roles, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of multiple small-scale assignments simultaneously.

You must be comfortable stepping into flighted initiatives, untangling technical or regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality process documentation and data maps with minimal ramp-up time. Required Expertise Capital Markets Foundation: 3 to 5 years of experience working within a Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Institutional Banking environment, with a solid grasp of financial instruments and data flows. Data & Regulatory Exposure: Practical experience working on projects tied to financial data, regulatory reporting, or corporate compliance frameworks.

Mapping & Documentation Specialist: Exceptional skills in translating complex workflows into highly scannable, standardized documentation, process models, and data lineage maps. Multi-Project Agility: A proven track record of successfully balancing multiple small-scale assignments at once, displaying the organizational skills required to add immediate value to different teams. Key Responsibilities Rapid Analysis & Process Modeling As-Is & To-Be Engineering: Conduct detailed business process analysis to map current and future-state workflows, creating comprehensive process flow diagrams and system mapping to expose operational gaps.

Data Lineage & Mapping: Partner with technical teams to execute data mapping, tracking data elements from their source through Capital Markets systems to ensure data integrity for downstream consumption. High-Velocity Requirement Delivery: Partner with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to rapidly elicit requirements, building out crisp user stories, story maps, functional specifications, and strict acceptance criteria. Technical Liaison & Cross-Functional Alignment Bridge the Technical Gap: Act as the vital translator between business users, compliance officers, and technical delivery teams-converting regulatory mandates and business needs into precise technical specifications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather and analyze inputs from architects, upstream/downstream data teams, and business units to identify and flag critical solution interdependencies. Artifact Governance: Create, update, and maintain institutional-grade documentation regarding all aspects of the product ecosystem, including operations runbooks, regulatory compliance evidence, and system functionality. Delivery, Testing & Execution Delivery Framework Adaptability: Seamlessly move between Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery frameworks depending on the specific scope of the assigned project.

Testing Consultation & Triage: Support QA and Business Testing teams by consulting on UAT test cases, validating data outputs against requirements, and leading defect triage with target application engineering teams. Implementation Guardrails: Provide end-to-end support during system cutovers and go-lives, including creating user training materials and supporting post-implementation stabilization. Qualifications Education: University degree or college diploma in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field Soft Skills: An active listener with a high degree of professional adaptability.
