Job description

As a Program Lead Engineer here at UOP- Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as  planning scheduling, cost management, risk control & assessment, monitoring  sub-vendor of static and rotating equipment including modular equipment fabrication and reporting to corresponding stake holders. You will report directly to our  Manger of Projects in  the Hydrogen Plants Division and you will work out of our Rosemont, Houston, or Tulsa location on a Hybrid work schedule. Your impact as a Program Lead Engineer within an organization is substantial, as you are responsible for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and oversight of various program and project management aspects.

YOU MUST HAVE
Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in Modular fabrication and design of process equipment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineeringfrom an accredited institution.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management

Experience working in virtual environment.

Experience executing projects in the order of $5M to $20M value

Knowledge of ERP software like SAP
Experience in a global organization
Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization
Strong negotiation and influencing skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $136K - $170K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
