The Equifax Finance Rotational Development Program
The Finance Rotational Development Program is a 3-Year formalized training and development program with 12 month rotations in various areas of Finance such as Business Support (Workforce Solutions, USIS, International), Functional support (Technology, Operations), and Corporate Finance (External Reporting, Finance Business Intelligence, Accounting). This three year program provides recent college graduates the ability to accelerate their career path providing experience in and exposure to all key functions within Finance.
  • We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.

What you'll do
  • Cross-training in the various areas within the Finance organization and other key related functions
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by finance leadership
  • Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Complete formalized training curriculum and personal development throughout the rotation program.

What experience you need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Mathematics.
  • Availability for full-time employment by June 2027 (Spring 2027 graduation dates)
  • Analytical, modeling, data visualization and statistical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results.
  • Proven creativity, problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Leadership, teamwork and service skills.
  • Experience in Google Suite and Excel.
  • Geographic flexibility based on assignment availability (Atlanta, GA , St. Louis, MO and Boise, ID)
