Trimont’s Rotational Analyst Program (RAP) is a two‑year development program designed for recent graduates seeking hands‑on experience, real responsibility, and long‑term career growth within a global commercial real estate services firm. The program provides a structured path for building critical technical, analytical, and business skills through meaningful work, formal development opportunities, and mentorship from experienced industry professionals. RAP is built for curious, analytical, and forward‑thinking individuals who want to understand how the commercial real estate industry operates today, and how technology and AI are shaping what comes next. Participants gain broad exposure through structured rotations across key business areas while developing a strong understanding of the commercial real estate loan lifecycle. Job Responsibilities:
  • Support loan servicing and asset management activities, including property tax and insurance administration, cash management, loan closings, and payoff processes
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate loan documentation, deal structures, covenants, compliance requirements, and underwriting fundamentals
  • Gain exposure to highly structured debt instruments and understand how clients utilize these positions to optimize returns and manage risk
  • Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties
  • Assist with research and analytical projects to broaden industry knowledge and technical expertise
  • Build proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and methodologies
  • Develop a strong understanding of cash flow analysis and its application to real estate decision‑making
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support organizational goals and business objectives
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and market developments
  • Contribute insights and recommendations related to property performance and value‑enhancing opportunities

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Graduates from Winter 2026/Spring 2027
  • Strong motivation to succeed in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
