The Sr Project Manager possess a robust grasp of Enterprise Data Analytics project Management, standard software development practices, and a track record of collaborating with analytics, technical and business teams. This role requires effective communication of priorities and project timelines to diverse business and corporate IT teams and partners, followed by the translation of these insights into practical technical solutions and capabilities. This position sits in our Enterprise Data and Analytics organization (Corporate Analytics), which aims to drive improved business outcomes using insights gleaned from data and analytics, infusing them into Lennar's corporate fabric and is a key role in operationalizing Lennar's enterprise data analytics fabric.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead multiple medium to large-scale projects, ensuring successful data analytics project delivery aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and leadership, with proven experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Create roadmap, strategy, project plans across corporate analytics function
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including user guides and release notes. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate across multiple projects and teams to ensure integrated delivery and program-level visibility.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Design and build user experiences and technology approach based on persona.
  • Help document, roadmaps, PI planning updates, stakeholder meeting minutes, business requirements etc.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the project.
  • Define and communicate the project roadmap, including prioritizing features and enhancements.
  • Drive data analytics, implementing tools and working with IT and business teams.
  • Develop technical objects such as business requirement documents, functional requirement document, and architectural diagrams.
  • Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to optimize the project roadmap.
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with engineers to enable them to identify the critical path, prioritize and execute upon requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years progressive experience in technical project management
  • Experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects from inception to shipped software.
  • Ability to form a deep understanding and help build the next generation of Enterprise Data Analytics and services such as finance, HR and Construction and procurement analytics
  • Expertise with Agile software development process with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
  • Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills with proven experience handling collaboration across executives and other stakeholder.
  • Strong analytical skills, leading research, analysis, and data insights to inform decisions.
  • Familiar with developer tools, software lifecycle, rapid app development platform, and low code market.
