Location: Boston, MA, USA
Duration: Long term

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite at the customer location)


Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to manage a strategic transformation program for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills, experience in the Asset Management domain, and the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to support transformation initiatives.
Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and support solution design.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and UAT activities.
Prepare clear documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
Coordinate across business and technology teams to facilitate project planning, governance meetings, issue resolution, and successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Management
Experience working on Asset Management transformation programs.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Derivatives.
Knowledge of STT ADP/CRIMS.
