Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to support the successful execution of New Business Projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 7 years of project coordination or project management experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring budgets, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
  • Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Maintain project documentation using SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.
  • Analyze project data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
