Implementation of National Account Service Company (NASCO) system enhancements 

Interacted with application team in obtaining requirements and assisted with user acceptance. 

Managed project budgets, risk analysis and mitigation, issue management, root cause analysis, project schedule development and tracking using MS Project. 

Maintained a strong knowledge and experience in Medicare, Medicaid and claims processing. 

Experience with Members Edge NASACO platform or similar platform  

Strong Experience in Developing Test Plans, build Test Conditions and Test Cases, creating test data, analyzing bugs, interacting with development team members to fix errors and issues 

Proficient in identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements specifications (BRS), System Design Specifications (SDS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS). 

Handling Customer communications and Management reporting 

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills adept at creating, editing, and coordinating extensive communication networks (facilitation of joint application development (JAD), and resolving issues and conflicts


Generic Managerial Skills :
