Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Bellevue, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery against defined timelines and metrics
* Develop and refine program strategies, effectively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders
* Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics, SQL, and Excel-based reporting to drive measurable improvements
* Navigate and resolve ambiguities in complex operational scenarios, applying structured problem-solving skills
* Develop deep familiarity with operational systems and processes - capable of independently handling anecdotal checks, troubleshooting requests, and operational inquiries from partner teams
* Hold cross-functional stakeholder teams accountable to program timelines; Exercise sound judgment on escalation paths and surface critical issues proactively
* Implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
* End-to-end program/project management experience
* Comfort with data analysis without relying on others
* Strong ownership mentality for self-sufficient execution

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
