Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is recruiting an exceptional Program Manager to lead our proposed Army Supply Chain Optimization Support program. The program integrates a Redstone Arsenal planning and analytics cell with physical-logistics operations at Fort Bliss in support of Army aviation and missile systems.
The Program Manager will be Axyde's single point of contact to the Government, possess full authority for daily contract execution, and lead a geographically dispersed workforce. This is an operations-first leadership role requiring disciplined control of performance, quality, safety, staffing, security coordination, property, reporting, and subcontractor integration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Serve as the single accountable program lead and principal day-to-day Government interface.
•Direct cost, schedule, staffing, quality, safety, security coordination, Government property, reporting, and subcontract performance.
•Lead transition-in and sustain continuity across Redstone Arsenal and Fort Bliss.
•Supervise site and functional leads supporting Army logistics analysis, LMP-enabled decision support, inventory management, transportation, warehouse execution, and materiel accountability.
•Establish measurable operating rhythms, risk and issue controls, corrective-action processes, and timely contract deliverables.
•Recruit, retain, qualify, and develop a dispersed workforce while maintaining clear decision rights and accountability.
•Ensure performance complies with the PWS, FAR/DFARS requirements, Government security direction, approved systems, and site procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain.
•At least 10 years of experience managing Government contracts.
•At least 5 years of Army logistics experience.
•Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS, quality control, leadership, safety, and management of geographically dispersed workforces.
•Strong written and oral communication skills, executive judgment, and experience briefing Government customers.
•Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal and travel to Fort Bliss as mission needs require.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience supporting Army Materiel Command, AMCOM, aviation, missile, wholesale supply, or depot/warehouse operations.
•Experience with LMP and related Army logistics systems.
•PMP or comparable program-management credential.
•Active Secret clearance.
SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy the applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval of key personnel, completion of Axyde's hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements. This posting is not a guarantee of employment or clearance sponsorship.
TO APPLY
Submit a current résumé that clearly addresses the required degree, Government-contract management experience, Army logistics experience, clearance status or eligibility, Redstone on-site availability, and earliest availability. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
