Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Agile AI Program Manager for an onsite, contract opportunity with a large organization in the downtown, Kansas City, area. This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/advanced analytics initiatives using agile methodologies
* Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, data, business) to define scope, roadmap, and value realization
* Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
* Drive adoption and change management
* Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environment
* Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
* Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite level
* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
* Experience working across both technical and business teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
