The Senior Enterprise Implementation Specialist is a senior customer delivery leader within Professional Services, responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Exostar's SaaS platform for enterprise customers. Operating with a high degree of independence, this individual partners with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes, manage implementation risks, and deliver scalable, high-quality customer solutions in regulated and operationally complex environments.
Responsibilities:
Your day if you join us:
  • Lead enterprise customer implementations from project initiation through go-live and hypercare.
  • Serve as the primary implementation owner and customer-facing lead for assigned customer projects.

  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder communications, providing regular status updates, implementation metrics, and risk assessments.
  • Advise customers on implementation best practices, change management considerations, and operational readiness activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Exostar's implementation methodology, delivery framework, templates, and playbooks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify process improvements, and influence future platform enhancements.
  • Mentor team members by sharing implementation best practices, customer engagement strategies, and delivery expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with Exostar's security standards and customer-specific regulatory requirements throughout all phases of implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment and post-launch support.
  • Experience working within SaaS, enterprise software, supply chain, procurement, or digital transformation environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as Aerospace & Defense, life sciences, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or customer delivery programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer projects across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into implementation plans and customer deliverables.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience coordinating testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Ability to manage executive-level customer relationships and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience serving as the primary owner for customer-facing implementation engagements.

Remote Locations:
