The IT Implementation Analyst - Teller UX drives pre-implementation readiness, migration planning, configuration discovery, and process automation for Teller UX client deployments. This role combines business analysis, banking operations knowledge, source teller platform analysis, and AI-enabled tooling to reduce implementation effort, improve deployment quality, and accelerate client onboarding.
Lead implementation readiness assessments, discovery sessions, and pre-implementation planning. • Document current-state and future-state teller processes, checklists, playbooks, SOPs, and migration workbooks. • Analyze source teller platforms such as DNA Teller, ClearTouch Teller, Integrated Teller, and other legacy teller solutions. • Identify FI-level, branch-level, operational, security, regulatory, and transaction parameterization requirements. • Define migration strategy for roles, users, security permissions, drawers, vaults, branch structures, devices, and transaction setup data. • Develop configuration blueprints, rule-mapping templates, and setup recommendations for Teller UX. • Conceptualize migration and implementation utilities that reduce manual work, clutter, rework, and implementation cycle time. • Use AI to generate reusable templates, implementation artifacts, test scenarios, training materials, and migration mappings. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Operations, and client teams to standardize and streamline client onboarding. Preferred Experience • Teller UX, DNA, DNA Telle, ClearTouch Teller, Integrated Teller, or comparable teller/core banking platforms. • Teller modernization, branch transformation, financial institution conversion, or enterprise software implementation programs. • Banking workflows including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, holds, cash handling, drawer balancing, and branch operations. Key Skill Summary Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder workshops. Implementation Readiness: Readiness assessments, onboarding checklists, playbooks, SOPs, risk/dependency tracking.
