Accountability Services is a tax and accounting firm offering a suite of advising and planning financial services to individual and business clients in the professional services, IT, marketing, business consulting and real estate industries. Our team is dedicated to helping small business clients, acting as a one-stop shop to handle all of our client's financial business needs.



About the Senior Tax Associate Role

As our Senior Tax Associate, Strategist, and Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to answer their questions and help them save money on their taxes. You'll also work with our staff to review complex returns and mentor Jr. Associates. Other responsibilities include collaborating with clients to enhance their service, assisting with business management, and guiding clients through personal and business financial analysis.

Other Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Service: Collaborate and suggest opportunities for enhanced client service on engagements and regular communication
  • Assist clients with business management, tax returns, budgeting, and other financial tasks
  • Guide clients through business and personal financial analysis, including goal setting
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with clients by tracking their successes and keeping them informed about any changes that may affect their finances
  • Tax Services: Light tax return prep on complex engagements and review of Associate's work, including supervising tax research projects.
  • Financial Accounting and Analysis: Review bookkeeping work, draft and review financial statements, enter transactions, budget, and client analysis.
  • Project Management: organize assignments, manage the flow of our client list and projects, including billing and collection duties
