What You’ll Do:
  • Help leading organizations harness the power of data, analytics, and generative AI to solve critical business challenges and create competitive advantage.
  • Develop next-generation analytics and AI solutions that enable clients to uncover insights, automate decisions, and transform how their businesses operate.
  • Work directly with client executives and business stakeholders to shape analytics roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
  • Build scalable data products, intelligent dashboards, and AI-powered applications that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and contribute to the development of new analytics, automation, and AI capabilities that expand ZS's market-leading offerings.
  • Guide clients through organizational change by driving adoption of analytics and AI solutions across functions, teams, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology partners, to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Support long-term data strategy and enablement initiatives by driving data adoption, governance, documentation, and stakeholder training.
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
  • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
  • Guide and mentor Associates on teams.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.
  • Ability toanalyze and validate data using SQL to identify trends, answer business questions, and ensure data quality.
  • Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship/guidance for team growth.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing and reporting.
  • Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
