Job description

The Associate Accessory Supply Analyst will assist in ensuring parts availability to support OE service and accessory parts requirements at dealer and port facilities. This role focuses on minimizing customer impact by expediting orders and resolving backorder situations. The Associate Analyst will gain experience in communicating with OE's, service partners, and vendors and will contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures (SOP's). This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving, while supporting the efficient operation of the accessory supply chain.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Review dealer backorder file and provide written updates daily,
  • Enter transfers necessary to avoid unnecessary referrals,
  • Expediting orders from PDC for port shortages.
  • Review port install errors in AMOS.
  • Create part transfers to replenish inventory weekly for ports,
  • Place supply orders to ensure stable pipeline for assigned parts,
  • Meet with ports to review and clear errors.
  • Assist in the review and documentation of SOPs
  • Support communication with Management of MPA and OEs on business KPls, current statuses, and issues and resolutions to provide better customer service.
  • Work closely with customers (OEs) and vendors to support business and improve processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  •  Number of backorders resolved daily
  •  Time taken to process orders
  •  Accuracy of inventory transfersCompleteness of port shortage reports

 WORK SCHEDULE/TRAVEL

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (or as approved by management)
  • Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
