The Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Architectures Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory invites you to apply to join our world-class team of systems analysts. Position Description As an Associate Staff member of the ISR Systems and Architectures Group, you will be responsible for individual systems analysis studies of critical DoW missions, planned DoW capabilities, and new technologies. You will contribute to the development of physics- and engineering-based models for a wide array of technologies related to sensors, aircraft, satellites, communication systems, navigation, and data exploitation. While previous experience in these systems isn't required, you must be able to leverage your strong technical background to rapidly become knowledgeable about these technologies as you learn from, and collaborate with, experts across the Laboratory. Additionally, you will prepare and present impact briefings to convey key study findings and recommendations, and will deliver these to a range of audiences including DoW senior decision-makers, government technology experts, and Lincoln Laboratory colleagues.
