SENSIS
Who We Are:
An integrated cross-cultural marketing agency. We reflect and embrace the cultural diversity of America to develop meaningful marketing programs that drive measurable conversions. We opened our doors in 1998 (as Focus Multimedia). We got our start building websites and have expanded into a full-service advertising agency, helping our clients take advantage of the fundamental changes taking place in the marketing world - the emergence of digital technologies, expanded multiculturalism, and the transformative impact of social media.
What We Are Looking For:
The Sensis Research Team has an immediate opening for a Analytics Associate with a background or strong interest in data science and quantitative research. Sensis conducts a variety of quantitative research studies that guide and inform our marketing strategy, digital experience, and AI-driven projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating closely with a small, interdisciplinary research team. This role supports the execution of quantitative research studies while contributing to data analysis, dashboarding, and KPI monitoring. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or LLM-based tools is a plus, but not required. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in applied research and data science within an agency environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the development of quantitative data collection materials (e.g., survey instruments, questionnaires, basic survey programming)
  • Conduct data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis
  • Assist with statistical analyses and interpretation of results
  • Build and maintain basic dashboards and data pipelines to track client KPIs
  • Perform data mining and pattern discovery across research and behavioral datasets
  • Support experimentation with AI, machine learning, or LLM-based workflows as needed
  • Assist in managing moderately complex research projects, including coordination with internal team members
  • Participate in client, project, and research team meetings as appropriate
  • Manage project correspondence and documentation
  • Contribute to project deliverables, timelines, and internal reporting
  • Support proposal development and business development activities as needed
  • Perform work with guidance from mid- and senior-level research and data science staff
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring Along:
  • Background or coursework in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience or strong interest in quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, experiments, statistical analysis)
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with at least one statistical or analytical tool (e.g., R, Python, STATA, SPSS, or SQL)
  • Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary and collaborative teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and data quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
    Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a market research firm, advertising agency, or corporate insights team
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exposure to dashboards, pipelines, or analytics workflows
  • Interest or coursework in AI, machine learning, or large language models (LLMs)
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese preferred)
