Our Information Technology team is the backbone of enterprise operations, driving digital transformation across our commercial, clinical, and operational functions on a Microsoft-centric technology stack.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the IT department and serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and our enterprise applications teams. • Conduct current-state process analysis and develop future-state recommendations that align with enterprise technology capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflow documentation for technical implementation.
  • Support change management activities including user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.

Enterprise Applications Support

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and administration of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Salesforce, and related business applications.
  • Support data integrity initiatives by identifying, investigating, and helping resolve data quality issues across integrated systems.
  • Participate in system integrations and automation projects, collaborating with the Enterprise Applications team on MuleSoft, Power Automate, and Azure-based workflows.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking for system updates and new deployments.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines, providing status updates to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and meetings; document decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain IT documentation including process maps, SOPs, system guides, and requirements libraries.
  • Support vendor and third-party partner coordination as directed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards within enterprise platforms and reporting systems.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from business stakeholders.
  • Support data governance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy and report consistency.
