Our team is looking for a sharp Analyst who will support the Strategy and Data Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the finance space.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with strategic planning
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities
  • Assist with preparing high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
  • Produce insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team
  • Build business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators, to monitor progress on strategic goals
  • Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency
  • Contribute to several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred
  • Financial Services experience and interest in financial markets and investing
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proven self-starter that can work with urgency in a dynamic environment
  • Intellectually curious and detail-oriented
