Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager. We are looking for someone that is a blend of both skillsets. This is an onsite position in Tallahassee, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
* Translate business needs into clear technical initiatives within the client's environment
* Leverage strong facilitation skills to drive discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions
* Work within an Agile framework, utilizing Agile methodologies and tooling to manage workstreams and deliverables
* Collaborate closely with AppDev, Data, and DevOps teams to ensure requirements are understood and executed effectively
* Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities as part of the hybrid BA/PM function
* Become proficient in client capabilities to ensure proper alignment of solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Business Analysis background with proven facilitation skills
* Experience operating in Agile environments, including Agile tools and ceremonies
* Understanding of application development, data workflows, or related technical domains
* Familiarity with DevOps processes and modern delivery practices
* Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL
* Exposure to enterprise level AppDev or Data modernization projects preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
