Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Business Analysis Manager to join our Rexel, USA team!  This will be a Remote position in Georgia.  

Summary:
The Strategic Business Analysis Manager leads strategic, data-driven business analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Partnering with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, it translates strategy into measurable KPIs, requirements, and actionable roadmaps while guiding technology-enabled programs and change efforts. The position also establishes standards for data governance and reporting and develops field-ready tools and resources to improve execution and business outcomes.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic business analysis initiatives to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, cost optimization opportunities, and business transformation recommendations aligned with corporate objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives, business requirements, KPIs, and actionable roadmaps
  • Drive data-driven decision process through analytics and insights focused on business performance, market trends, customer behavior, and financial metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Establish business standards around data management and deployment through best practices, analytical frameworks, governance standards, and reporting processes that improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional technology projects and strategic programs
  • Development of local, field usable, technology resources
  • Other duties as assigned
