Job Details:Job Description: 

We are seeking a goal driven, self-motivated analytical chemist with lab experience for analysis of liquid chemical matrices in a fast-paced environment. Analytical testing methods will include titration, ICPOES, HPLC/IC, CVS etc.
Responsibilities include sample preparation and analysis in compliance with standard procedures, prioritization of sample queue based on customer and factory need, and maintenance of laboratory and equipment. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills are required.
The Analytical Chemistry Lab technician will work with the Lab engineers and the Lab manager in support of Intel Chandler site R and D manufacturing operations. Assignments are semi routine in nature. Work is performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
o Sample preparation, safe handling and mixing of chemicals, lab analysis and measurements, data collection, analysis and summarization, presentation of lab reports.
o Maintenance of lab analytical tools (scheduled and unscheduled maintenance) and advanced work under direction of lab engineering.
o Responsibility for accuracy of analytical data and precision of analytical tools.
o Safety initiatives, quality systems compliance/maintenance, lab equipment availability and timely delivery of analytical results.
o Lab sustaining and development, process transfer, BKM development, and cross training on other techniques while adhering to ISO 9001 requirements.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
o Be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
o A demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
o Is willing to successfully work as a team with peers, engineers and factory engineering.
o Comfortability working with a variety of chemicals including acids, bases, oxidizers, solvents, toxic, etc.
o Ability to work in an environment with hazardous chemicals and complex equipment for several hours each day
o Ability to work standing (e.g. at fume hoods or chemical wet stations) for several hours each day
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
We offer a compressed work week schedule where we work four days on with three days off one week. The next week we work three days on and four days off.
o Shift 5: (days frontend) AM-PM Sunday through Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays
