We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Wastewater Analyst/Engineer to join our growing water/wastewater team. In this role, you will lead and support a wide range of wastewater infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve. From planning and design through construction support, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically sound solutions for municipal and utility clients.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical professionals while taking ownership of meaningful projects that enhance public infrastructure and environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex wastewater challenges in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the drafting and development of contract drawings, reports, and specifications for wastewater projects
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Assist with the design and analysis of wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems
  • Perform hydraulic modeling and system evaluations
  • Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
  • Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Conduct field visits and support construction administration activities as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 3-6 years of relevant wastewater engineering experience
  • Strong experience in drafting and preparation of contract documents
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or similar) is preferred
  • Familiarity with wastewater system design and engineering principles
  • Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
