Job description

The Analyst is responsible for accuracy of all reports and documentation provided to the Government. They will create, maintain, review, and manage reports required by the customer. Additionally, the Analyst will work with the buying team to gather information to fulfill reporting requirements. The analyst will work closely with the 3PL-PM and
buyers.
Responsibilities/Duties:
โ€ข Develop and maintain reports as required.
โ€ข Track daily delivery performance and maintain records.
โ€ข Track monthly delivery performance and maintain records.
โ€ข Follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of purchase order and ensure required
delivery dates can be met.
โ€ข Monitor product delivery and report out to 3PL-PM & LA.
โ€ข Track order progress to receipt of goods at customer location.
โ€ข Interact with customers and on-site personnel on delivery, quality, or any other
issues on purchase order.
โ€ข Follow all customer safety guidelines.
โ€ข Attending meetings as required by customer.
โ€ข Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
โ€ข Highly proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
โ€ข Ability to adhere to and meet strict deadlines.
โ€ข Strong administrative and data management skills.
โ€ข Bachelor or associate degree in business or related field of study is desired or a
minimum of 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of
