  • Lead market intelligence efforts by monitoring analyst coverage, investor sentiment, peer activity, and industry trends, and translating insights into actionable guidance for leadership
  • Build and steward relationships with sell‑side analysts and investors, with increasing ownership of select coverage and direct engagement over time
  • Help ensure analyst models, narratives, and understanding of the company remain accurate and aligned with public messaging
  • Drive the continued build‑out of a disciplined, scalable, and strategically aligned investor relations function as the company grows
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus
  • 10+ years of relevant experience across investment banking, sell‑side research, public company investor relations, corporate finance, treasury, or related fields
  • Experience in digital infrastructure, power, data centers, AI, or other capital‑intensive and high‑growth industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of high‑impact investor materials, executive communications, and board‑ready content
  • Strong command of financial statements, public company dynamics, capital markets, and investor expectations
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including operating models, valuation work, peer benchmarking, and industry analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape complex information into clear, compelling, and strategically aligned messaging
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to operate as a credible partner to senior leadership, analysts, investors, and board members
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives end‑to‑end, manage multiple priorities, and operate with judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • A strategic, ownership‑oriented mindset with the ability to both set direction and drive execution
Compensation And Benefits
