Healthcare Investment Banking – Director (Managing Director Track) We seek an experienced bank executive to grow our healthcare investment banking practice in Chicago. The candidate will lead transactions, facilitate new business development and mentor junior staff with the goal of progressing to Managing Director. Responsibilities Conduct business development activities to identify, source and introduce potential clients for M&A and capital‐raising assignments.

Participate in preparing client materials, including business, market positioning and financial condition summaries. Identify potential buyers and investors, contacting them on behalf of clients. Build and maintain a network of contacts in relevant fields to support new client acquisition and relationship expansion.
