Job description

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

  • General ledger and account reconciliation and analysis
  • Month end & quarter end close activities
  • Journal entry preparation and posting
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Inter-company accounts payable and accounts receivable analysis
  • Assist with financial audit (internal and external)
  • Cash accounts reconciliations
  • Reserve/provision analysis and preparation
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable research and support
  • Budget vs actual management and auditing
  • Budgeting assist
  • Profit margin analysis
  • Balance sheet details reconciliation
  • Process improvement activities
  • Participation and supporting projects
  • Staff management
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3 - 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with a storing emphasis on cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing environments
