Job Description:
The Material Handler is responsible for the receipt, storage, and issue of materials, as well as the general maintenance and appearance of the warehouse
What will my responsibilities include?
  • Receives incoming materials
  • Ensures inventory accuracy of count, location, and lot control
  • Issuing jobs to machine shop
  • Maintains warehouse function and appearance
  • Moving material utilizing a fork lift
  • Follows all safety guidelines established by the company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What key skills and experience do I need?
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and dependable individual that can work independently
Qualifications:
Preferred:
  • Prior fork lift experience
Physical Demands:
  • Standing, sitting and walking throughout the workday
  • Use of computer keyboard, mouse, and multi-line phone throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Work Environment:
  • The Material Handler is required to enter the warehouse and/or machine shop environment at times throughout the workday; this environment may include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and vapor from coolant, etc.
  • Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the Company, and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required
  • Safety training is required and provided by the Company in accordance with applicable law, industry standards, and Company policy

Salary Offering: $22.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour
Shift available:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
