THE ROLE
Ensuring smooth operation of VIP activations, such as early entries, VIP lounges, and other tour auxiliary activities. Greeting and assisting guests, checking tickets and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Distributing credentials and merchandise. Troubleshooting ticketing issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event and venue information.
  • Escort guests to their VIP areas, frequently when the venue is busy.
  • Ensure VIP package integrity is withheld, and general admission guests are not using activations.
  • Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.
  • Creatively resolve guests' troubles up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required.
  • Set up and tear down VIP activations.
  • Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.
  • Remain calm in the presence of artists and touring personnel.
  • Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, meeting all call times as set by management.
  • Other duties and unexpected needs as assigned by tour and venue management.

Education and/or Experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School degree or equivalent is required.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
