IHG Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced Freon and Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration
  • Universal EPA license
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Qualified to work on both ammonia and freon systems
  • Ability to complete all the physical requirements of the position

Graduation from a trade school and RETA certification are preferred but not required.

DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from approximately 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with up to 25% travel.
As our Freon and Ammonia Refrigeration Technician, your day will involve performing critical maintenance and repairs on both freon and ammonia refrigeration systems. You will install, test, and troubleshoot industrial heating and air conditioning equipment while working in close coordination with our service manager and clients. Every challenge is met with precision and care, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your expertise directly influences our ability to provide superior service and maintain operational excellence.
