Credentials: Master's degree in a related field is required. Associate or independent licensure accepted depending on level (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). Active State registration is required.
Location: Stillwater, Minnesota.
A residential mental health treatment center for adults is seeking two therapists to manage clinical caseloads. This role is responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services to support client progress throughout care while working closely with clinical leadership. The position also supports overall treatment planning and care coordination.
Responsibilities include ongoing assessment of client needs, contributing to diagnoses, and coordinating care with the broader team. The role also includes facilitating individual, group, and family sessions as needed while maintaining a consistent, high standard of clinical care.
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
  2. Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including crisis intervention
  3. Monitor client progress and assess functioning across daily life areas
  4. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including utilization review and continued stay reports for medical necessity
  5. Coordinate care, referrals, and case management with the clinical team
  6. Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing clinical operations
  7. On-call support as needed

This role maintains compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, and ethical guidelines. Advanced level therapists may provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff.
Qualifications:

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000.00 based on experience with 3% annual increase based on performance.
Schedule:
Full-time, includes some evenings, weekends, and on-call support.
Setting:
Behavioral health, residential and/or outpatient.
