Job description

  • Define and lead the Americas Field Marketing vision, strategy, and operating model in alignment with Cohesity's global go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as the senior marketing advisor to Americas Sales leadership, ensuring marketing programs directly support regional growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Own the regional marketing strategy responsible for generating and accelerating pipeline across Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, and Strategic Accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior sales leaders throughout the Americas.
  • Lead the Americas field events strategy, including executive roundtables, customer forums, roadshows, conferences, tradeshows, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic alliances and channel partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • 8+ years leading field marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or regional marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with enterprise sales organizations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and investment portfolios.
  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams, including leaders of leaders.
  • Deep understanding of: Field Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Pipeline Analytics, Revenue Operations.
