Job description

We are seeking a Director, Americas Field Marketing for our Broomfield, CO location.
As the Americas Field Marketing Director, you will develop and lead the regional marketing strategy, translate it into high-impact execution, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to build pipeline, strengthen market presence, and accelerate customer and partner engagement. This role offers the opportunity to play a defining part in one of Quantinuum's most critical markets and contribute to growth in a rapidly emerging sector.
This role is ideal for a leader who excels at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes, and who is motivated to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage of growth.
Key responsibilities:
Regional strategy and planning: Develop and own the America field marketing strategy aligned with target accounts, priority industries, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and revenue goals.
Leadership and execution: Set direction for regional GTM priorities and ensure consistent execution across programs. Drive pipeline generation, performance tracking, and reporting across the region.
Events and conferences: Lead the strategy and execution of key events, including conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, and technical workshops. Develop integrated plans that maximize impact before, during, and after each event.
Pipeline management and operations:
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead follow-up, routing, and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor and optimize program performance to drive conversion and revenue impact.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure all programs are executed within financial guidelines.
  • Continuously improve processes, evaluate performance against objectives, and drive operational efficiencies.
Community and brand development: Strengthen market presence through thought leadership, industry events, meetups, and ecosystem engagement.
Insights and feedback loop: Gather and share customer and partner feedback, and market insights to inform product marketing and broader GTM strategy.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute 1:few and 1:many ABM programs in partnership with sales and SDR teams to advance priority accounts.
Cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, alliances, solutions engineering, product marketing, brand and communications, operations, and global field marketing teams.
  • Align with Partner Marketing team to integrate their presence into American event activities
  • Manage external event agencies to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with objectives.

You Must Have:
  • High School Diploma/GED Minimum
  • Minimum 10+ years B2B tech marketing with strong regional/field experience
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits:
