ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Under supervision, Court Interpreter - American Sign Language (ASL) performs a wide variety of ASL interpretation services, in person or via remote videoconferencing, for Los Angeles Superior Court. Incumbents provide interpretation services for hearing-impaired jurors in non-courtroom settings, such as orientation and jury deliberation, as well as provide language access services to deaf and/or hard-of-hearing persons as mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
