POSITION SUMMARY:

Focus Interpreting is seeking a talented American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves providing exceptional interpretation services that facilitate communication for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in a variety of professional settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide interpretation services for interactions in medical, educational, and social contexts, ensuring all parties understand each other fully.
  • Utilize your ASL skills to convert spoken language into sign language and vice versa in real-time situations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards during all interpretation assignments.
