Job description

Estimator - Fireproofing and Insulation

  • $140K–$200K base + bonus – Full benefits, 401(k) with match.
  • Onsite in Gardena, CA
  • Company is one of the largest specialty industrial services platform in North America.

If you're pricing SFRM, intumescent, or industrial insulation, then this career opportunity is for you:

  • The pipeline doesn't dry up. West Coast refinery and petrochemical turnaround cycles mean a steady, predictable bid book — not feast-or-famine.
  • You bid integrated scopes. Insulation, fireproofing, scaffold support — not the same single product over and over.
  • The tools are actually there. Real estimating team, modern takeoff stack, proprietary planning software.

You're a fit if:

  • 5+ years estimating industrial insulation, SFRM, or intumescent fireproofing
  • You've priced refinery, petrochemical, power work, or similar
  • You know Bluebeam or similar
