One of the primary challenges is managing time zone differences, as collaboration often requires flexibility to accommodate meetings or project deadlines set by U.S. headquarters. Communication styles may also differ, requiring you to adapt to both American and Japanese business cultures. Additionally, remote workers may need to be proactive in seeking support and resources, as in-person interactions are limited.
