This testing ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of Amdocs products, which often include billing systems, customer management, and business support systems. Amdocs Testing typically involves both manual and automated testing methods, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure that end-to-end processes work as expected. Professionals in this field need to have a good understanding of telecom domain concepts and Amdocs platforms.

Familiarity with Amdocs product suites, test management tools like HP ALM, automation frameworks such as Selenium, and ISTQB certification are highly beneficial. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication help in identifying issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
