As Senior Director, eCommerce UI/UX Residential, you will steer a talented team to create seamless and conversion-focused experiences, while redefining product development through AI-driven innovation. How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Define and advance UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum’s digital sales channels, elevating internet, wireless/mobile and TV product experiences
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, empowering them to deliver impactful digital journeys
  • Drive design strategies that enhance customer acquisition, simplify purchasing and enable omnichannel engagement
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to optimize workflows, from discovery to delivery and ongoing refinement
  • Establish AI-enabled workflows to accelerate concept exploration, prototyping and reduce ambiguity in requirements and handoffs
  • Build scalable design systems, reusable patterns and documentation practices for faster, consistent team execution
  • Leverage research, analytics, experimentation and user feedback to guide product decisions and improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field , or equivalent experience

Experience 

  • 8+ years of experience solving UX problems in eCommerce
  • 8+ years of people leadership and managing team in large complex taxonomies
  • 8+ years  leading UX teams over long timelines accomplishing complex deliverables that deliver on the stated business goals
  • 8+ years using analytics and customer insights to enhance digital experiences

  • 8+ years experience collaborating in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments with AI-enabled tools for efficient design iteration

  • Expertise in designing UX for offer presentation, product discovery, and sales workflows in subscription-based businesses
  • Ability to design for telecom environments involving billing dependencies and configuration rules

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • MBA or advanced degree 

Experience

  • Experience in telecom, cable, broadband, wireless, or mobile environments, focusing on digital customer and agent experiences
  • Familiarity with cable and mobile sales processes, including product comparison and conversion strategies
  • Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, or Amdocs that influence digital design
  • Understanding of promotional strategies, pricing optimization, and their impact on UX and conversion
