Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, Independent Film Company, Sundance TV and We TV; and film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Admin Partner Growth to join our Partner Management & Strategy team in our New York, NY location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to the EVP, Partner Growth, SVP FAST and AVOD Growth Strategy as well as SVP of Ad Sales.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Support departmental budget and financial administration including invoice processing and reconciliation, regular reports and vendor onboarding and paperwork management as needed.
  • Manage contact/distribution lists, filing system, office equipment/supplies and other duties as assigned.
  • Oversight of department subscriptions, renewals and related account management.
  • Collect, maintain and regularly update contact lists including clients, editorial and marketing contacts.
  • Distribute company press releases and support ongoing communications coordination across teams.
  • Maintain departmental records and resources, including calendars, partner events scheduling, industry events, team bios, office supplies, client gifting etc.
  • Assist with Partner Growth activities, meeting-related logistics such as conference rooms, client entertainment and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, presentations and other departmental documents as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with events teams to assist and track client entertainment programs, sponsorships, trade events and partner meetings. Attend and support events as needed.
  • Serve as a point of coordination across Partner Growth, FAST/AVOD, Ad Sales and other internal stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Up to 2 years of administration experience, preferably within media, entertainment communications or a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
  • Interest in and knowledge of entertainment industry and/or corporate communications and PR is preferred.
  • Ability to work various events and travel as necessary.

The base compensation for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
