A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Employer Services Practice Manager to lead a growing employer health practice that serves both the community and regional business partners.

This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening employer relationships, improving operational performance, and helping organizations create healthier, safer workforces.

You'll work alongside engaged executive leadership with the autonomy to influence strategy, elevate service delivery, expand employer partnerships, and help shape the future of occupational health services.

What You'll Lead

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Occupational Health and Employer Direct Care services while serving as the operational leader for a multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience with Epic, Systoc or similar healthcare information systems preferred
  • OSHA, DOT, BWC and regulatory compliance knowledge and understanding.
