Within Amazon Flex we are rapidly growing as we stand up new stations and programs to facilitate rapid growth for Amazon. As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager for Flex Launches, you will plan and execute ahead of sites launching in a dedicated business

To achieve your goals, you will work with teams that cut across the organization; including tech, capacity, marketing, and business partners. You will identify defects or opportunities for improvement in our processes, and drive new processes and automation to eliminate the defects and more effectively communicate risks and opportunities in the launch space.
Key job responsibilities
Work cross functionally across the Flex network (demand planning, launches, marketing, finance, science etc) to ingest upcoming demand signals to create a capacity plan for the business
Manage your portfolio of regions to ensure we are meeting capacity needs, providing insights to our capacity plan and managing all risks associated
Be the subject matter expert of your domain to be the single threaded leader of recruitment / capacity planning
Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders
