Job Description

Pay & Bonuses

Base Pay: $26.25 - $27.25hour

Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate

Referral Bonus: $100 per referral (no limit!)

Performance Bonuses: Based on safety & delivery efficiency

Retention Bonuses: Rewarded every 6 months

Tuition Assistance: Up to $5,250/year

Annual Shoe Credit: Zappos credit for slip-resistant shoes

What You’ll Do

- Drive an Amazon-branded van to deliver 200–400 packages/day

- Use a company-provided phone for routes and scanning

- Navigate safely using GPS through residential and commercial areas

- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)

- Deliver smiles and service—on time, every time

- Typical shifts are 10 hours/day, 4 days/week (extra shifts available!)
