Job Description
Pay & Bonuses
- Base Pay: $26.25 - $27.25hour
- Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate
- Referral Bonus: $100 per referral (no limit!)
- Performance Bonuses: Based on safety & delivery efficiency
- Retention Bonuses: Rewarded every 6 months

What You'll Do
- Drive an Amazon-branded van to deliver 200-400 packages/day
- Use a company-provided phone for routes and scanning
- Navigate safely using GPS through residential and commercial areas
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Deliver smiles and service-on time, every time
- Typical shifts are 10 hours/day, 4 days/week (extra shifts available!)
