Job description

VIVO is a US-based home and office brand delivering ergonomic solutions — standing desks, desk converters, monitor and TV mounts, workspace accessories, and more — to millions of customers. We design, import, and sell our products across Amazon (US, CA, UK, EU, AU, MX), our Shopify-powered DTC site, and a growing wholesale channel. We also manage a portfolio of recently acquired consumer brands. VIVO is a lean, high-velocity operation where ownership and accountability are the cultural currency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdvertising & Performance Marketing (50%)
  • Own end-to-end management and optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display — against ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, and contribution-margin targets.
  • Structure campaigns and continuously refine keyword targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation, and dayparting to drive profitable growth at the SKU level.
  • Own new-product launch advertising end-to-end: keyword harvesting, launch-phase bidding, competitive conquest campaigns, and ramp strategy.
  • Track at-risk and aging inventory, and adjust bidding and promotional strategy to optimize sell-through rates in coordination with the marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Build and maintain advertising dashboards and reporting covering ad KPIs, revenue attribution, wasted spend, and SKU-level ad profitability.
  • Support Amazon DSP campaign strategy and execution as applicable.
  • Extend paid-media execution to Walmart Connect, sponsored placements on other marketplaces, and DTC as those channels grow.
  • Stay current on Amazon advertising platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices.
Marketplace Sales & Operations (35%)
  • Support day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts — listing health, account performance metrics, pricing, and Buy Box management — across US and international marketplaces.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, images, A+ Content, and Brand Store presence) to strengthen organic visibility and conversion, which directly compounds advertising efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and category trends to identify market shifts, potential risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Create FBA shipment plans to Amazon fulfillment centers, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts in collaboration with Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Assist in catalog management and product selection, ensuring compliance with local regulations and marketplace policies across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage promotional programs: deals and coupons calendar, Subscribe & Save, and Amazon Vine enrollment.
  • Maintain account health and compliance: case management, ASIN issue resolution, and adherence to Amazon policies and procedures.
  • Support marketplace operations on Walmart.com, Wayfair, and VIVO's Shopify DTC site, including listing management and promotional execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting (15%)
  • Partner with the Forecast Analyst and Purchasing Manager to develop demand forecasts by marketplace, ensuring inventory levels align with sales trends, promotions, and advertising plans.
  • Compile marketplace performance reporting — sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising KPIs — with clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team on imagery, A+ Content development, video, and Brand Store updates.
  • Coordinate with Brand and IP/Legal teams on MAP compliance, unauthorized seller issues, and brand protection.
  • Identify operational process improvements and contribute to the development of SOPs, toolkits, and scalable workflows.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired
  • 1–3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, with meaningful time managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and working inside Amazon Seller Central (3P experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid campaigns to ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS targets and translate performance data into action.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon marketplace operations: listing optimization, pricing, Buy Box dynamics, FBA logistics, and account health management.
  • Proficiency with Amazon analytics and reporting tools and common third-party platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data and able to turn metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time at VIVO headquarters in Goodfield, IL.

Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 depending upon experience

  • Medical
  • 401(k) with company match
