Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor Delivery Drivers and delivery routes throughout the day using company-provided dispatch, GPS, and delivery tracking tools.
  • Communicate with Delivery Drivers by phone, text, and dispatch systems to provide support, route updates, safety reminders, and clear direction.
  • Identify delivery delays, route issues, driver concerns, vehicle problems, and other operational exceptions; communicate issues promptly to leadership.
  • Assist Delivery Drivers and Couriers with delivery questions, navigation issues, package concerns, customer delivery exceptions, and return-to-warehouse procedures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and Amazon station personnel to help ensure delivery routes leave on time and packages are delivered efficiently.
  • Track Delivery Driver attendance, schedule changes, callouts, and daily operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch notes, logs, reports, and records in company and Amazon delivery systems.
  • Help monitor driver safety, delivery quality, customer experience, and route performance throughout each shift.
  • Assist with delivery vehicle readiness, driver vehicle inspections, key management, and fleet-related communication as needed.
  • Support end-of-day reconciliation at the warehouse, including undelivered packages, Delivery Driver debriefs, returned equipment, and operational reporting.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve communication, delivery route execution, driver support, and daily warehouse workflow.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, solutions-focused approach during busy or high-pressure delivery operations.
