Job description

The Worldwide Public Sector and Healthcare and Life Sciences (WWPS & HCLS) business at Amazon Web Services (AWS) serves government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and life sciences customers with innovative cloud computing solutions and advanced technology services that power transformative outcomes.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 2-3 directors within WWPS & HCLS. This role delivers both strategic administrative partnership and day-to-day operational support across a combined organization. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, owning end-to-end travel logistics, coordinating meetings and events, processing expenses, supporting operational planning, serving as a liaison across senior leadership and stakeholders, and collaborating with the broader EA community

The role requires adaptability to evolving organizational needs. Limited travel may be required.
