About Us
We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand that sells across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Chewy, and direct-to-consumer channels. Our warehouse supports inventory management, fulfillment prep, and shipments to Amazon FBA and retail partners.


About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, organization, and system-based workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and taking ownership of their work—not just performing repetitive warehouse tasks.


Onsite Role

Pay Range: $20.00-22.00 per hour


What You’ll Do

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Enter and manage inventory in our system (Cin7 Core or similar)
  • Prepare and coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA and retail partners
  • Support order processing across ecommerce channels
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Organize warehouse inventory and ensure proper product placement
  • Assist with labeling, packing, and general warehouse tasks as needed
  • Identify and help improve operational processes


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems
  • Ability to follow processes and spot discrepancies
  • Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of work
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment


Preferred (not required)

  • Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software (Cin7 Core, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Ecommerce or fulfillment experience (Amazon FBA, Walmart, etc.)
  • Experience in inventory control, receiving, or operations
