Job description

We’re Hiring: Data Architect (Big Data | Cloud | Governance)
Location: Georgia, USA (Hybrid / Onsite as per business needs)
Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Experience: 12+ Years
Compensation: $150K–$170K + comprehensive benefits
We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect to lead the design and execution of enterprise-scale data ecosystems. If you have deep expertise in cloud platforms, big data frameworks, and data governance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable data solutions, including enterprise data models, schema design, and performance tuning
Work across RDBMS, NoSQL, and modern data warehousing platforms
Build and optimize cloud-native data ecosystems on Microsoft Azure
Design and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud-native tools
Implement modern lakehouse architectures using:
• Databricks
• Snowflake
• Amazon Redshift
Leverage Apache Spark and big data frameworks for distributed processing
Enforce data governance frameworks—data lineage, quality, metadata, and compliance
Ensure data security with encryption, access controls, and regulatory adherence
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align data strategy with business goals

✅ What We’re Looking For:
12+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise data systems
Strong foundation in data architecture and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift
Proficiency in Spark and big data technologies
Deep experience with Azure cloud platform (preferred/required)
Proven track record in ETL pipeline development and optimization
Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and security protocols
Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills:
